Supplier Code of Conduct

Plan B Media Public Company Limited provides fair and equal procurement procedures with all traders with fairness and honesty and act for the best interest of the Company under fair compensation that contributes to the sustainable operation. The Company also build trust and confidence of stakeholders through excellent, transparent and fair procurement with aligned procurement concept and practice in the Group as well as global standard.

Business partner selection should be conducted fairly based on reputation, capacity, expertise, experience, financial status and lawfulness. Moreover, equitable treatment, transparency and straightforwardness must be ensured while business partners must be treated in accordance with agreements, contracts and business ethics. The Company must avoid situations that can potentially lead to conflict of interest. Negotiation and settlement of issues must concern relationships with business partners. The following guidelines are applied.

  1. Determining the criteria for selection of trade counterparts through a strict screening process to ensure fair business operations without violation of human rights.
  2. Determining the efficient and effective procurement according to specified standards regarding quality, price, quantity, service and speed while maintaining responsibility in to the economy, society and environment.
  3. Determining the transparent, fair and accountable procurement while complying with related laws. Do not solicit, accept or pay any wrongful benefit in dealing business with its business partners.
  4. Determining the fair procurement by providing complete, accurate, clear and adequate information to all business partners equally, while maintaining channels to receive partner's opinions and suggestions.
  5. Strictly conform to agreed conditions and in case of any breach of the condition, notify the business partners in advance in order to seek mutual solutions.
  6. Determining the environmentally-friendly procurement to achieve sustainability (Green Procurement).

All executives and employees of Plan B Media Public Company Limited are obligated to support, promote and comply with the above policy and management framework for the procurement of supplies and services with non-discrimination, human dignity, equality, and fairness, by not discriminating against employees because of physical differences, mental, race, nationality, religion, gender, age, education or any other matter.
