Dear Shareholders

Throughout our journey, Plan B has been putting efforts in developing our business to offer out-of-home media services to uplift the quality of city living for people as well as conducting our business according to sustainable development guidelines covering all business activities to promote a balance in all dimensions including the economy, society and environment. Social responsibility mindset is fostered at Plan B for our people to provide services to customers without any adverse social impact while we develop and support career advancement of our talents in parallel. We treat all stakeholders with care and deliver sustainable results through innovation and technology. Adhering to good corporate governance principles, Plan B continues to play a part in contributing positively to the society as we fully realize that business growth and good governance go hand in hand with one another.

During 2019, Plan B managed to attain our performance goals with total revenue of 4,919 million baht which is the highest in our history and our revenue growth also outpaced that of overall media industry. The success was derived from our non-stop expansion of service areas, diversified portfolio of media and effective cost management under sustainable development guidelines. Plan B ensures that our employees are responsible for communities and the society in delivering our products and services. We do this in ways big and small, from maintaining the brightness of our digital media at standard levels not affecting people in the areas surrounding the digital media, to launching campaigns to raise awareness in environmental conservation such as garbage sorting and recycling of waste materials from static media production to be used as office supplies. Besides, Plan B completed various initiatives to streamline work processes and reduce work steps to achieve higher organizational efficiency to tackle rapid technological changes and capitalize on business trends. Plus, Plan B leverages on our advertising media as channels to communicate and promote useful content and messages for communities and the society.

Thanks to our unrelenting commitment to proper business conduct under sustainable development guidelines and good corporate governance principles, it was our honor to mention that Plan B received “Excellent” rating for the third consecutive year in 2019 from the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) for the assessment of corporate governance of Thai listed companies. This is a testament to the fact that our business is operating in alignment with international standards which promotes trust and confidence among domestic and foreign investor including other stakeholders in the long run. Furthermore, Plan B was also certified as a member of the Thai Private Sector’s Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) at the beginning of last year.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, executives and employees, we would like to express our appreciation for longstanding trust and support from all stakeholders that helped shape Plan B to what we are today. Plan B is adamant that we will continue to conduct our business under good corporate governance principles to create economic, social and environmental balance and readily embrace changes with the aspiration to become a sustainable leading company in out-of-home media business.
